- A bunch of Frozen Fruits (Strawberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, etc)
- Hemp Seed
- Cacao Powder or Nibs
- Maca
- Coconut Water or Filtered Water
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Head of Bok Choy
