  • A bunch of Frozen Fruits (Strawberry, Cherry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, etc)
  • Hemp Seed
  • Cacao Powder or Nibs
  • Maca
  • Coconut Water or Filtered Water
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Head of Bok Choy
