Lemon Ginger

  • 1/2 bunch organic parsley
  • 3/4 cup blueberries (or any fruit)
  • 1/4 to 1/2? ginger root, sliced thin to cut up the “hairs”
  • One 1/4? slice of lemon, seeded, but with the peel
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup water
